Chad Slotta draws on a lifetime of varied experiences as he helps families and organizations build sustainable and prosperous legacies. His skills in problem-solving, business systems, strategic operations, and talent optimization are valuable resources for the Navitas team and clients managing a broad spectrum of challenges. As a Partner of Family Advisory Services, he has a heart for facilitating open dialogue, improving relationships, strengthening communication, and shaping wealth plans that integrate non-financial family dynamics into investment and wealth planning.

Chad brings years of executive experience to his work, having founded his own advisory firm and serving as CEO of a family business in consumer electronics. A senior fellow of a national think tank, he is also versed in public policy and nonprofit issues. Chad has researched and written extensively on healthy conflict engagement and enjoys putting these strategies into action in leadership development and business contexts.

After completing an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Philosophy, he earned a Master of Science in Management, Master of Business Administration, and Doctor of Ministry degrees focusing on conflict management and organizational leadership. Among other credentials, Chad is a master EOS Integrator and certified in implementing DISC solutions. Chad and his son are avid golfers, and his family has deep ties to the Navy. He has lived in ten different states and enjoys lasting friendships with people from all parts of the country.
