As strategic executive assistant, Charlene Smith is the key administrator and the communication manager for the CEO and Chief of Staff of Navitas Wealth Advisors. Working alongside senior leadership, she interfaces with every division of the firm as well as clients and their advisors. No two days look alike for Charlene. Correspondence, research, meeting preparation, and relationship building are among a variety of responsibilities that benefit her team, her colleagues, and ultimately all clients in the Navitas Wealth Experience.
She cites the core values of Navitas as what drew her to join the firm after more than 20 successful years in the legal field. As a paralegal, Charlene served both clients and attorneys and was involved in all phases of case management. She thrived in an environment that required organization, efficiency, and an ability to focus on priorities.
Charlene received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Mississippi State University and an Associate of Arts in Business from Holmes Community College. She loves to travel and spend time with family and friends. She also serves in the children’s ministry at her church.
