Kim Cooley

Kim Cooley is the director of administration and operations for the East Coast office of Navitas Wealth Advisors. Her extensive experience within the financial planning industry gives Kim a client-forward perspective as she crafts systems, processes, and best practices to benefit Navitas’ clients. She and her team also manage the onboarding of new accounts, maintenance, and communications, as well as coordination with each client’s professional advisors. Her goal is to simplify and clarify complicated concepts at every step in the financial planning process. Kim encourages clients to reach out with their questions, valuing opportunities to explain how the details fit into the larger context of their planning and wealth management.

For ten years prior to joining Navitas, Kim oversaw operational logistics and client services for a North Carolina investment planning firm. In her early career, she spent a decade with Delta Air Lines, including positions in customer relations and as assistant marketing manager for Eastern North Carolina.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from East Carolina University. Outside of work, Kim devotes her time to two international nonprofits – one dedicated to freeing people from modern-day slavery and the other helping children in poverty.
